Welcome Back Dolphins - Fall 2021

WELCOME

Welcome to our COVID-19 response page.  Below you will find all the critical information about how PS 65 is changing the way we operate to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection.

We are doing everything we can to make sure staff, students, and families are safe.

Please check back regularly, as we will update the information here as conditions change.

The New York City Department of Education also has important information and resources for you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FIRST

All students and staff will wear masks at all times except for meals and scheduled mask breaks.

We will no longer offer supervised early drop-off.  We urge all students not to arrive at school more than 5 minutes before their scheduled start time.

You are expected to take your child's temperature at home.  If your child's temperature is 100.0 degrees or higher, do not bring your child to school.

No one, except PS 65 staff and students, will enter our school building without an appointment.

SCHEDULE

All students will attend school 5 days each week.  There is no remote learning option.  Parents seeking remote learning should consider transferring their child(ren) to homeschooling.
