Annual Basket Bash


What is the P.S. 65 Basket Bash?
The Basket Bash is our school’s largest fundraiser of the year, raising much needed funds for the essential programs that help our children succeed.

Why is the Basket Bash important?
The Basket Bash funds important activities and programs including art and music.

Who organizes the Basket Bash?
Alumni and current parents who volunteer their time year-round to help make it all happen.  All donations are tax deductible. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer, please contact Norma Santaliz, Parent Coordinator, and/or Sara Irizarry.

How can parents participate?

  • Solicit donations
  • Support the businesses that donate to the basket bash by thanking them when you patronize their establishments
  • Attend the basket bash and invite friends & family

Two Easy Ways to Pay for Your Tickets


Complete the Basket Bash Ticket Form and send to school with your check made payable to PTA PS 65.
You can send in it through your child's homework folder, drop it in the main office in an envelope labeled PS 65 Basket Bash Fundraiser/Sara Irizarry or you can mail to:

You can pay online through our PayPal account by clicking the button below.

Please note: PayPal will deduct a fee of 2.9% +$0.30 per transaction.
$65 ticket purchase, PayPal will deduct $2.25 automatically.  

We encourage you to consider increasing your ticket purchase by 3.0% per transaction to cover processing fees if you choose to pay by credit card.

If you would like the full amount of your ticket to go to the PTA of PS 65, please consider making your payment by check.
